Shipping policy

Where we ship

Australia: Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

New Zealand: A flat $10 AUD per order.

The Pacific and everywhere else: We don’t have standard rates for these destinations yet. Message us before you order and we’ll quote shipping case by case.

When your order ships

We send orders out within 1–2 business days of receiving them, from the Gold Coast, with Australia Post. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.

How long delivery takes

Most Australian orders arrive 2–6 business days after they ship. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. These are Australia Post’s estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends and public holidays aren’t counted.

Leaving for the MTC soon?

Order at least two weeks before you go, so there’s time for delivery and for a size swap if you need one. Tight on time? Email us before you order and we’ll do what we can.

Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you confirm the right one.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of its expected delivery date, or it arrives damaged, contact us at indyhs@haydensmithco.com. We’ll chase it up with Australia Post and make it right.

Duties and taxes

Orders to Australia include everything at checkout. For orders outside Australia, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
